Due to phytosanitary regulations, Wakai Trees Ltd are unable to send our trees outside the UK at this moment intime this includes NI.
Careful packaging and despatch of your Wakai Trees
We deliver your Wakai Trees using Royal Mails 1st Class service & Parcel Force 24 hour Service for larger Pines. Postage prices vary depending on the number and size of trees. We dispatch your trees Monday to Wednesdays this is to avoid any unnecessary delays over weekends.
All our trees are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes to ensure they do not move around unnecessarily in the packaging.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the 'nature' of the product being sold, we do not accept returns or process refunds. All our trees are inspected and stored properly until despatched. If the tree(s) die, wakaitrees.co.uk are not responsible for this unforeseen action.

2.1 All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
2.2 All prices are exclusive of postage and packing. Postage and packing for the UK mainland is added on the shopping basket page.
3. Payment
3.1 Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling only, and by one of the following payment methods (except International Customers see clause 10 )

4. Passing of property
4.1 Wakai Trees, shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received by Wakai Trees

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 3 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer. Wakai Trees Ltd, cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party.

Automatic confirmation of receipt of your Order does not constitute a Contract between us. A Contract for the Sale of Goods shall only arise on the despatch of the Goods to you.
